1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rcc7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the rcc7 website at rcc7.vip, including all betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support interactions.

By completing the rcc7 registration process, logging in to an existing account, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the platform, you are confirming your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is effective from the moment of first engagement with the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You have not previously had an rcc7 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

Age Verification

rcc7 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any account holder at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Account functionality — including withdrawals — may be restricted until verification is completed to rcc7's satisfaction. Accounts that fail verification or where the holder is found to be under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, and any balance remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming procedures.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of rcc7 services, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. The following rules govern the registration and ongoing maintenance of your rcc7 account:

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification messages.
• You must not impersonate any other person or use false identity information. Providing fraudulent registration details is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Each individual may hold only one active rcc7 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and balances may be forfeited.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rcc7 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• rcc7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to your registered Bangladesh mobile number. This adds a second layer of protection to your account.
• You must notify rcc7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• rcc7 will never contact you to request your password. Any such communication purporting to be from rcc7 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us.

Account Currency

All rcc7 accounts for players in Bangladesh are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Your displayed balance, deposit confirmations, bet amounts, and withdrawal requests will all be shown in BDT. No currency conversion is required for players depositing via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

rcc7 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:

Deposit Terms

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded where possible, with any associated account activity reviewed.
• rcc7 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. Any fees levied by the payment provider itself are beyond rcc7's control.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your rcc7 account balance. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe a deposit has been made in error.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your rcc7 account. rcc7 does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 4 to 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
• rcc7 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawal requests. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• rcc7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal request above ৳50,000 within a single calendar day. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Bonus funds and winnings accrued using bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Withdrawal of such funds is not permitted until all applicable conditions have been satisfied.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

rcc7 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the rcc7 registration process and, where applicable, satisfied the minimum deposit requirement associated with a specific offer.
• Unless explicitly stated in a promotion's specific terms, each player is entitled to claim any given promotion only once. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• All deposit-match bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• rcc7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse, system error, or regulatory requirement. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to modification will be notified of any material change.
• Free bets and bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Only winnings derived from qualifying wagers placed using free bet credits may be eligible for withdrawal, subject to any stated wagering conditions.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the rcc7 platform, including sports betting, live casino tables, slots, Dragon Tiger Luck, Zuma Dragon, and all other game categories:

General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. rcc7 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described under "Void Bets" below.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per game type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may vary by event, market type, and account status.
• rcc7 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. RNG certification is maintained through our studio partners, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming.
• Live casino games are provided through Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live dealer game are governed by the game provider's published rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

Void Bets

• A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, match abandonment before a result is determined, obvious pricing errors, or technical failures that prevent a game from completing normally.
• rcc7's decision on whether to void a bet is final. Players will be notified of any void bet via their account transaction history.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting on cricket, football, and other sports is subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for live data latency. During this delay, rcc7 reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, or reject a bet if the live event status has materially changed between the time of bet submission and the time of acceptance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rcc7 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting promotions in ways not intended by their terms, or using automated tools to meet wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or other game formats where player-versus-player dynamics exist.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with knowledge of predetermined outcomes or participating in any arrangement to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Money Laundering: Using the rcc7 platform for any purpose related to the laundering of illegally obtained funds. rcc7 maintains anti-money-laundering procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, participate in games, or interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with the rcc7 platform's backend systems, databases, or software in any way not authorised by rcc7.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your rcc7 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

Suspension or Closure by rcc7

rcc7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without a login, deposit, or withdrawal transaction.
• Instruction from a regulatory body or law enforcement authority.

Self-Exclusion

Players may request voluntary self-exclusion from the rcc7 platform for a period of their choosing — from 24 hours to indefinite — via the account settings dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool and is processed as a priority request. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rcc7 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform and its content. Specifically:

• rcc7 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.
• rcc7 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — even if rcc7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• rcc7's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant incident.
• rcc7 is not responsible for telecommunications failures, internet outages, or device malfunctions that prevent you from placing or confirming a bet.
• Gambling involves risk. Losses incurred through normal gambling activity on rcc7 are not refundable and do not constitute grounds for a liability claim against rcc7.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments

rcc7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rcc7 will notify registered players via a notice on the platform and/or by email to the registered account address. The amended Terms will take effect no less than 7 days after notification, except in cases where changes are required by law or for urgent security reasons, in which case they take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the rcc7 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms published on rcc7.vip, constitute the entire agreement between you and rcc7 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature.
